terms and conditions which follow and which may be updated from time to time,

2. Advertising.
In order to advertise your services or business, with us you must first

create a Profile. You should review and where necessary
update your profile on a regular interval.
3. All information you submit, including photos, video and personal details. By submitting this information,
you agree to authorize us to publish display and promote use this information
in any way, in any page or link on our website, including but not limited to
introduction or featured pages, links and banners; together with any adverts we
place in any other media, electronic or printed, TV, Radio, or websites and all
other details required to promote your services and to allow you to participate
in our directory.
4. You are only responsible for the content of your personal pages that you

membership login username and password secure. We are not responsible for any
unauthorized access to your personal membership pages using your login and

8. You warrant that you will not submit
any material, images or videos that are subject to Copyright, Trademark or
Model Release, without the required authority to do so. We reserve the right to
remove any material that we believe may be contravening any such law.
9. You agree to release and indemnify
weRescorts from all legal actions and/or monetary settlements arising from you
using any material or content in your advertisement. You are wholly liable for
any and all legal or monetary ramifications arising including but not limited
to matters where you provide us with unlicensed images, material or content.
10. You use and or advertise on this

warranties as to content or non-infringement of any content published on or

advertise on weRescorts, or agree to your add and or profile being removed.
12. Paid adverts and or profiles must be
paid for by Credit card or PayPal in advance. weRescorts reserve the right to
remove any listing, add or profile if the relevant fee has not been paid.
Payment can be either monthly/quarterly bi-annual or annually. Notice can be
given to cancel your advertising at the expiry of any prepaid period.
13. Customers may write reviews for any
advertiser. These reviews may be posted on your secure member page prior to
publishing; you have the option of allowing it to remain or deleting it.
14. Complaints by customers. If a
customer makes a complaint about you we may refer that to you for response, and
we reserve the right to remove your listing and/or advertising in the event of
anything which in our opinion is untoward.
15. Complaints about customers. For the
benefit of other advertisers we may post any complaint you may care to make
about customers, about whom you think others should be aware. You must ensure
that any such complaints are true and in the public benefit and otherwise not
defamatory of the customer, and we reserve the right to remove the same and/or
post any retraction and /or apology as in our opinion the circumstance may
require.
16. While weRescorts endeavors to ensure
